RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return. Please read the policy below carefully.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at natalia.tipsina24@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.


FOOD PRODUCTS

Our products are food items and for safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the payment provider to process the refund.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping provider.
